This Service level Agreement is provided for in the Water Services (No. 2) Act, 2013, and exists to enable local authority staff to continue to provide local operations under Irish Water supervision and management, and using Irish Water systems and processes.<br \/>\nA copy of the template Service Level Agreement entered into between Irish Water and the City and County Councils has been published by the Department of Environment, Community and Local Government, and is available here:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/monaghan.ie\/corporateservices\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2016\/12\/IrishWaterSLATemplate.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Irish Water SLA Template.
