Monaghan<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location 2 \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>Village Carpark, Newbliss, Co Monaghan<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location 3 \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>Scotstown &#8211; Rear of Catholic Church, Co. Monaghan<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location 4 \u2013<\/strong>\u00a0Ballybay &#8211; Entrance to Mart, Co Monaghan<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location 5 <\/strong>&#8211; Emyvale \u2013 Rear of Community Centre, Co Monaghan<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location 6 <\/strong>&#8211; Crescent Hill Bottle Bank, Castleblayney, Co Monaghan<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location 7 <\/strong>&#8211; Sloan\u2019s Shop, Monaghan Town, Co Monaghan<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location 8 <\/strong>&#8211; Carrickmacross &#8211; rear of Supervalu, Co Monaghan<\/p>\n<p>The CCTV cameras are for the sole and primary purpose of preventing litter and illegal dumping and enforcement of the Litter Pollution Act 1997, as amended, and the Waste Management Act 1996, as amended. This initiative will adhere to the Codes of Practice for the Operation of CCTV for the Purposes of Prevention, Detection and Prosecution of Litter and Waste Offences.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Submissions \/ Observations:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Your responses will inform the scheme&#8217;s implementation and help us address community concerns.<\/p>\n<p>Your feedback is important to this process, and we look forward to hearing from you.
