DESCRIPTION:The first training session will be on Effective Meetings and will be held in the Creighton Hotel in Clones on Tuesday 4th March from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm. \nThis training session will cover:- \n\nKey Elements of Effective Meetings\nChairing with Confidence\nFormulating an Effective Agenda\nWriting Effective Minutes\nDealing with difficult behaviours in Meetings\nThe importance of Terms of Reference\n\nTea/Coffee will be served on arrival and a light lunch will be provided. \nIf you wish to attend this training please register at ppn@monaghancoco.ie by 25th February 2025 \nWe will be organising more training on the following topics over the coming weeks so keep a watch out for these\, venues and times to be confirmed. \n\nGood Governance for Community Groups (In person workshop)\nEffective Community Representation and Communication (In person Workshop)\nCommunication Skills (Online in evening)\n\n
