No. 630 of 2019)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>New regulations<\/strong> covering the storage and handling of flammable liquids and fuels for sale or supply to the public at retail and kerbside retail stores come into effect from <strong>1 April 2020<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>These new Regulations are at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.irishstatutebook.ie\/eli\/2019\/si\/630\/made\/en\/pdf\">Dangerous Substances (Flammable Liquids and Fuels Retail Stores) Regulations, 2019 (S.I. No. 630 of 2019)<\/a><\/p>\n<p>They repeal and replace the Dangerous Substances (Retail and Private Petroleum Stores) Regulations, 1979 (S.I. No. 311 of 1979).<\/p>\n<p>The Regulations lay down rules, which provide for the licensing, operation and inspection of retail and kerbside retail stores.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dangerous Substances (Flammable Liquids and Fuels Distribution and Commercial Supply Stores) Regulations, 2019 (S.I. No. 631 of 2019)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>New regulations<\/strong> covering the storage and handling of flammable liquids and fuels for supply or sale to commercial enterprises, for supply to the licensee\u2019s own vehicle or for use in any engine under the licensee\u2019s control come into effect from <strong>1 April 2020<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>These new Regulations are at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.irishstatutebook.ie\/eli\/2019\/si\/631\/made\/en\/print\">Dangerous Substances (Flammable Liquids and Fuels Distribution and Commercial Supply Stores) Regulations, 2019<\/a><\/p>\n<p>They repeal and replace the Dangerous Substances (Petroleum Bulk Stores) Regulations, 1979 (S.I.
