Monaghan.<\/p><p>This development includes:<\/p><ul><li>4 two\u2011bedroom homes<\/li><li>6 three\u2011bedroom homes<\/li><\/ul><p>This marks the second Affordable Purchase Scheme to be delivered in County Monaghan and the first such scheme in Carrickmacross, representing a significant step forward in providing accessible homeownership opportunities for the local community.<\/p><p>The key dates and milestones for the Sean Ghard\u00edn\u00ed Affordable Purchase Scheme are outlined below:<\/p><ul><li>Applications can be made through a Portal on the Monaghan County Council website (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.monaghan.ie\">monaghan.ie<\/a>). This is calculated by multiplying the gross household income by 4. This must be less than 85.5% of the market value of the Affordable Home.
