Hosted in Carrickmacross Civic Centre this exhibition offers a vivid visual journey into the town\u2019s past, featuring a collection of historical postcards and photographs. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Visitors are invited to explore images of the streets, the people and daily life of Carrickmacross over a century ago.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A special section titled\u00a0<\/span>\u201cDrama in Carrickmacross\u201d<\/span><\/b>\u00a0celebrates the town\u2019s rich theatrical tradition. The display features a\u00a0selection\u00a0of photographs\u00a0showcasing\u00a0local drama groups and performers dating back to\u00a0<\/span>1901<\/span><\/b>\u2014providing a glimpse into\u00a0a\u00a0longstanding passion for performance.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

From Carrickmacross to Canada\u00a0<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
