During the course of our activities we will collect, store and process personal data about our customers. Monaghan County Council is the data controller in respect of this data.

Why do we collect this personal data?<\/strong><\/p>\n

We collect and process this information in order to manage and administer the relationship between your children and us for the purpose of attending museum opportunities events and activities, for example summer camps.<\/p>\n

Lawfulness of processing<\/strong><\/p>\n

We process this personal data with your consent under Article 6 (1)(a)(e) GDPR and in the exercise of official authority vested in us as the controller under section 66 of the Local Government Act 2001.<\/p>\n

We process Special Category Personal Data<\/strong><\/p>\n

Where necessary and proportionate for the performance of the statutory functions conferred on us under the section 66 of the Local Government Act 2001.<\/p>\n

Sharing of Personal Data<\/strong><\/p>\n

We may share your Personal Data with selected third parties, including for example facilitators of events in the case of an emergency. We may also share your data with other Local Authorities, suppliers and other third parties who assist us in fulfilling our functions.
