During the course of our activities we will collect, store and process personal data about our service user. Monaghan County Council is a data controller in respect of this data.<\/p>\n<p>Monaghan County Council creates, collects and processes a significant amount of \u2018personal data\u2019 and \u2018sensitive personal data\u2019 in various multiple formats daily.
