{"id":1838,"date":"2018-02-23T17:52:53","date_gmt":"2018-02-23T17:52:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/monaghan.ie\/planning\/?page_id=1838"},"modified":"2018-02-23T17:52:53","modified_gmt":"2018-02-23T17:52:53","slug":"notice-of-proposed-revision-of-development-contributions-scheme-2013-2019","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/monaghan.ie\/planning\/notice-of-proposed-revision-of-development-contributions-scheme-2013-2019\/","title":{"rendered":"Notice of Proposed Revision of Development Contributions Scheme 2013-2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Monaghan County Council proposes to revise the Development Contribution Scheme for the period 2013-2019, which came into effect on 1<sup><span style=\"font-size: small\">st<\/span><\/sup> July 2013 and was subsequently revised on 1<sup><span style=\"font-size: small\">st<\/span><\/sup> December 2014, under the provisions of Section 48 of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended).<\/p>\n<p>The draft Development Contribution Scheme is a revision of the current Development Contribution Scheme to provide clarifications and corrections to anomalies within the scheme.<\/p>\n<p>A copy of the draft Development Contribution Scheme is available for inspection at the places and times listed below, <strong>up to and including the 22<sup><span style=\"font-size: small\">nd<\/span><\/sup> March 2018<\/strong>.
