Manager’s Reports – Submissions in Respect of Draft Development Plans and Environmental Report<\/h5>\n

The draft development plans for County Monaghan and the towns of Monaghan, Carrickmacross, Castleblayney, Clones and Ballybay, an Environmental Report, assessing the likely impacts of the draft development plans upon the environment, and a Natura Impact Report, assessing the potential impacts of the draft development plans upon Natura 2000 sites (Wildlife Sites of European Importance) were on public display for inspection from 31st May 2012 for a period of ten weeks, with submissions invited up to 5pm on 10th August 2012. Over one hundred submissions were received in respect of the draft development plans.<\/p>\n

The County and Town Managers prepared and submitted reports to the elected members on the submissions received for their consideration. The reports list the persons or bodies who made submissions, summarises the issues raised by the persons or bodies who made submissions, and gives the response of the Manager to the issues raised.<\/p>\n
