DEVELOPMENT ACTS 2000-2013<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>NOTICE OF VARIATION OF THE MONAGHAN COUNTY DEVELOPMENT PLAN 2013-2019 (INCORPORATING THE DEVELOPMENT PLANS FOR THE TOWNS OF MONAGHAN, CARRICKMACROSS, CASTLEBLAYNEY, CLONES, AND BALLYBAY) \u2013 VARIATION NO.3<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 13 of the Planning and Development Acts 2000-2013 that on 7th March 2016 Monaghan County Council made a variation (Variation No. 3) to the Monaghan County Development Plan 2013-2019 (incorporating the Development Plans for the towns of Monaghan, Carrickmacross, Castleblayney, Clones and Ballybay).<\/p>\n<p>The variation incorporates the Design Manual for Urban Roads and Streets (DMURS) into the County Development Plan.<\/p>\n<p>Reason: To ensure consistency with national policy.<\/p>\n<p>A summary of the variation and the Design Manual for Urban Roads and Streets can be viewed by clicking on the links below:-<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/monaghan.ie\/planning\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2016\/03\/SummaryofProposedV3-DMURS.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Summary of Variation No.3 &#8211;
