It sets out development contribution charges to be levied on planning permissions in respect of Traffic &amp; Pedestrian Facilities and Community, Recreation &amp; Amenity Facilities.<\/p>\n<p>A copy of the revised General Development Contribution Scheme is available for inspection at Planning Reception, Monaghan County Council, County Offices, The Glen, Monaghan between 9.15am and 5pm (including lunchtime), Monday-Friday.
