Monaghan County Council is the data controller in respect of this data.<\/p>\n<p>Monaghan County Council creates, collects and processes a significant amount of \u2018personal data\u2019 and \u2018sensitive personal data\u2019 in various multiple formats daily. Monaghan and Roads Act 1993 ( Section 71).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Sharing of Personal Data <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We may share your Personal Data with selected third parties, including for example the funding government Department such as the Department of Transport Tourism &amp; Sport and other government agencies where required to do so by law. We may also share your data with other Local Authorities, suppliers and other third parties who assist us in fulfilling our functions.
