Previously published Reports and Documents 2008 – 2012<\/strong><\/p>\n

In 2008 the National Roads Authority initiated the design of a major road improvement project between Clontibret and the Northern Ireland Border. While significant work was undertaken on this project by Grontmij Consulting Engineers, the scheme was suspended in 2012 during the economic downturn.<\/p>\n

The following reports and documents relate to the work undertaken by Grontmij Consulting Engineers between 2008 \u2013 2012.<\/p>\n

July 2012 – Preferred Route Corridor and Route Selection report Published<\/strong><\/p>\n

A Preferred Route Corridor was determined for the scheme and was presented to Monaghan County Council in July 2012.<\/p>\n

February 2011 – Public Consultation on Amended Route Corridors<\/strong><\/p>\n

Following the first public consultation in relation to the proposed route corridors for the scheme, amendments were made to the proposed route corridors. Public Consultation in relation to the amended route corridors was held on the 16th & 17th February 2011.<\/p>\n
