No. 17\/553).<br \/>\n\u2022 Section of Drumbear Wood, Monaghan Town (built pursuant to planning permission Ref. No\u2019s 10\/305 &amp; 15\/9010).<br \/>\n\u2022 Ardveagh, Ballybay.<br \/>\n\u2022 Scotshouse Close, Scotshouse.<br \/>\n\u2022 The Alders, Ballybay.<\/p>\n<p>Location maps of the estates and roads to be declared \u2018public roads\u2019 are available for inspection at the offices of Monaghan Council Planning Department, 1 Dublin Street, Monaghan during normal office hours, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, for a period of one month commencing on the 12th of October 2023. The Council will consider any objections \/ representations regarding the proposals which are submitted in writing to the undersigned.
