Monaghan County Council gives notice to close the following road in the Municipal District of Monaghan in County Monaghan:<\/p>\n

Date and time of Closure: <\/strong>Sunday 29th<\/sup> October 2023 (10.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m.)<\/p>\n

To Facilitate:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>The Halloween Bat\u2019s Festival<\/p>\n

Road Closed:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Monaghan Town<\/p>\n

LS5515 \u2013 Lower Mill Street between North Road and Church Square<\/p>\n

R867 \u2013 From Market Street to the Diamond (including Church Square)<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Diversion Routes<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

Traffic coming from the North via Glaslough Street, wishing to access the Clones Road (N 54), or the Cootehill Road (R188), or the Ballybay Road (R162), may do so via Dublin Street, Macartan Road<\/p>\n

Traffic coming from the South, via Dawson Street, wishing to access Dublin Street, may do so via North Rd (NS 54)<\/p>\n

Taxi Rank outside of Courthouse to be temporarily relocated to the North Road along side the DV8 premises<\/p>\n

Local and emergency services access will be catered for at all times.<\/p>\n

Any objections must be clearly marked on envelope \u201cObjection To Road Closure\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n
