Monaghan County Council gives notice to close the following road in the Municipal District of Monaghan in County Monaghan:<\/p>\n

Date of Closure: 22\/02\/24 \u2013 23\/02\/24\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n

Times: 9:30am \u2013 16:00 hrs \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n

To Facilitate: Repair to Eir Duct network on Coolshannagh Road.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n

Road Closed: LS-5182<\/strong><\/p>\n

Diversion Routes:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Northbound traffic<\/p>\n

Traffic wishing to proceed North on the LS-5182 at Coolshannagh will be diverted Northbound via the N54 towards the Coolshannagh roundabout, then traffic should take the first exit onto the N2 Northbound and proceed North to Kilnadreen and turn left onto the LT-16302, and then proceed Westbound to Mullaghmore East and then turn left onto the LS-5182, local access provided up to riverside estate.<\/p>\n

Southbound traffic<\/p>\n

Traffic wishing to proceed Southbound LS-5182 at Mullaghmore East junction will be diverted Eastbound on the LT-16302 to Kilnadreen and then traffic should turn right via N2 and proceed Southbound via Coolshannagh Roundabout and take the 3rd<\/sup> exit left via Monaghan Town and travel Southbound on the N54 to Coolshannagh Road.<\/p>\n

All Detours will be signposted in order to direct the Traffic. (Local Access and Emergency Vehicles will be catered for at all times).<\/p>\n
