Monaghan to be considered for inclusion in the proposed new updated byelaws.<\/p>\n<p>For information, the current Speed Limit Bye-Laws can be viewed on the Council\u2019s website <a href=\"https:\/\/monaghan.ie\/\">https:\/\/monaghan.ie\/<\/a> \u00a0by using the following link:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/monaghan.ie\/roadtransport\/special-speed-limits-national-roads-county-of-monaghan-bye-laws-no-1-2019\/\">https:\/\/monaghan.ie\/roadtransport\/special-speed-limits-national-roads-county-of-monaghan-bye-laws-no-1-2019\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Submissions or comments relating to the\u00a0 Special Speed Limits (National Roads) Bye-Laws review may be made in writing to the Transportation Department, Monaghan County Council, M- TEK II, Knockaconny, Armagh Road, Monaghan Town, or emailed to <a href=\"mailto:Roads@monaghancoco.ie\">Roads@monaghancoco.ie<\/a> to arrive not later than 5pm on 11<sup>th<\/sup> April 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Submissions\/Comments should be headed: \u201cSpecial Speed Limits (National Roads) Bye-Laws\u201d Respondents making submissions should note that Monaghan County Council is subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2014 and the Data Protection Act 2018.<\/p>\n<p>K.
