The purpose of these Bye-Laws is to introduce special speed limits on designated sections of National roads throughout County Monaghan.<\/p>\n<p>A copy of the Draft Bye-Laws is available for public inspection, during normal office hours from <strong>Thursday 7<sup>th<\/sup> of August 2025 until Thursday 11<sup>th<\/sup> of September 2025<\/strong> at the following locations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monaghan County Council, Roads Section, Mtek II Building, Knockaconny, Monaghan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monaghan Municipal District, County Council Offices, The Glen, Monaghan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Carrickmacross\/Castleblayney Municipal District Offices, Civic Offices, Riverside Road, Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ballybay\/Clones Municipal District Office, Monaghan Rd., Clones, Co. Monaghan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/monaghan.ie\/roadtransport\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2025\/08\/Combined-National-Roads-Speed-Limit-Review-Maps-2025_07_29-002.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Combined National Roads Speed Limit Review Maps 2025 (PDF)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Draft Bye-Laws may also be viewed on the website of Monaghan Co.
