traffic calming works at Killeevan Ns, Newbliss Co Monaghan.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/monaghan.ie\/roadtransport\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2026\/03\/Killeevan-Section-38-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Killeevan Section 38 Map<\/a> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/monaghan.ie\/roadtransport\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2026\/03\/Killeevan-Section-38-2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Killeevan Section 38 Mao<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The proposed scheme will consist of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provision of high friction surfacing on R183 Clones Rd and L6290<\/li>\n<li>Provision of Safe routes to School Road markings and signage on R183 Clones Rd and L6290<\/li>\n<li>Reconfiguration of existing Car parking facilities along L6290<\/li>\n<li>Provision of additional traffic calming signage and bollards<\/li>\n<li>All associated site works.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In accordance with Section 38 of the above-mentioned legislation, Monaghan County Council, as the competent roads authority has concluded that the above scheme complies with relevant section of the legislation, based on the nature, size and location of the proposed scheme.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Plans and particulars of the proposed scheme are available for inspection at the offices of the <strong>Road Section, MTEK II Building, Knockaconny, Armagh Road, Monaghan (047) 30597 and also at Ballybay\/Clones MD Office, The Diamond, Clones during office hours from Wednesday 4<sup>th<\/sup> March 2026. `<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Submissions and observations in relation to the proposed works, may be made in writing to the <strong>Roads Section, Monaghan County Council,<\/strong> <strong>MTEK II Building, Knockaconny, Armagh Road, Monaghan, or Ballybay\/Clones MD Office, The Diamond, Clones<\/strong> up to 5pm on <strong>7<sup>st<\/sup> \u00a0April 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Signed: <\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Kevin West,<\/p>\n<p>A\/Senior Engineer &#8211;
