Private Group Water Scheme bank account details.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We do not collect special category personal data.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Why do we collect this personal data?<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We collect and process this information in order to manage and administer the relationship between you and us for the purpose of <strong>assessing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Subsidy towards operational costs of Group Water Schemes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Lawfulness of processing<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We process this personal data<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Under Art 6 (1) e GDPR and in the exercise of official authority vested in us as the controller under Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act 1962, Water Services Act 2007 \u2013 2017<\/li>\n<li><strong><u>Sharing of Personal Data <\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We may share your Personal Data with selected third parties, including for example <strong>Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage<\/strong> and other government agencies where required to do so by law.
