Retained (Part-time) Fire Fighter
Castleblayney Fire Station
Annual Allowance
0 – 2 years €7,562
3 – 5 years €8,402
5 – 10 Years €9,439
10 years + €10,383
In addition to the above rates per annum fire-fighters can be paid an hourly rate(s) for their attendance at drills, training and attendance at fire-calls.

Applicants must work and reside within a reasonable distance of Castleblayney Fire Station to allow him/her to respond within the turnout time of 5 minutes.
A panel will be set up from which any vacancies may be filled during the year.
