The museum staff were delighted to be informed that their exhibition From a Whisper to a Roar – Exploring the Untold Story of Monaghan 1916 had received the award for Best Exhibition according to the Public Sector Magazine which reviewed exhibitions from all over the country before deciding that the museum’s current display was the very best. The award was officially presented to the Curator of Monaghan County Museum, Liam Bradley and all of the staff by the Cathaoirleach of Monaghan County Council Cllr P.J. O’Hanlon.
