Postal Voters List

YOU CAN VOTE BY POST IF YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL ILLNESS OR A PHYSICAL DISABILITY, ARE LIVING AT HOME AND ARE UNABLE TO GO TO A POLLING STATION

You may apply for entry on the POSTAL voters list, which will come into force on 15^th February, 2023, if you are unable to go in person to vote at your polling station due to a physical illness or disability which is likely to continue for the duration of the Register of Electors now being prepared.

A Blue application form (PV1) may be obtained at Monaghan County Council Office, local Library or Municipal District Offices during usual hours of business, or online at https://monaghan.ie/register-of-electors/ or www.checktheregister.ie

You should complete the application in accordance with the notes on the back of the form and, if this is your first application for entry on the Postal Voters List, have the Medical Certificate completed by your doctor.

If you have had a Postal Vote in the last year, there is no need to re-apply.

Completed forms should be submitted to Petra O’Brien, Corporate Services, Monaghan County Council, County Offices, The Glen, Monaghan, H18 YT50 before 25^th November 2022.
