Monaghan County Council (MCC) and the National Transport Authority (NTA) have developed a Draft Local Transport Plan (LTP) to identify sustainable transport enhancements to the existing transport network in Monaghan Town. The aim of the LTP is to establish a strategic framework for the future development of transport infrastructure in the study area.
