At any Post Office or Garda Station
If your name is not included then you should fill up an Application Form (RFA1) which should be submitted to Gillian Coyle, Corporate Services, County Offices, The Glen, Monaghan before 25th November, 2019. RFA1 Forms can be picked up at the above locations or can be downloaded from https://monaghan.ie/register-of-electors/ or www.checktheregister.ie
