The first training session will be on Effective Meetings and will be held in the Creighton Hotel in Clones on Tuesday 4th March from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm.
This training session will cover:-
- Key Elements of Effective Meetings
- Chairing with Confidence
- Formulating an Effective Agenda
- Writing Effective Minutes
- Dealing with difficult behaviours in Meetings
- The importance of Terms of Reference
Tea/Coffee will be served on arrival and a light lunch will be provided.
