The Finance Section is responsible for the ongoing management, control and monitoring of the Council’s financial resources. We do this through financial planning, income collection and treasury management. Our functions include the preparation of the Annual Budget and the Annual Financial Statement. Other aspects of our work is the collection of all monies due to the Council and the payment for all goods and services supplied to the Council.
