Incorporation of the Design Manual for Urban Roads and Streets into the Monaghan County Development Plan 2013-19

NOTICE OF VARIATION OF THE MONAGHAN COUNTY DEVELOPMENT PLAN 2013-2019 (INCORPORATING THE DEVELOPMENT PLANS FOR THE TOWNS OF MONAGHAN, CARRICKMACROSS, CASTLEBLAYNEY, CLONES, AND BALLYBAY) – VARIATION NO.3
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 13 of the Planning and Development Acts 2000-2013 that on 7th March 2016 Monaghan County Council made a variation (Variation No. 3) to the Monaghan County Development Plan 2013-2019 (incorporating the Development Plans for the towns of Monaghan, Carrickmacross, Castleblayney, Clones and Ballybay).
The variation incorporates the Design Manual for Urban Roads and Streets (DMURS) into the County Development Plan.
Reason: To ensure consistency with national policy.

A copy of the summary of the variation and the Design Manual for Urban Roads and Streets are also available for inspection at the offices of the planning authority, County Council Offices, The Glen, Monaghan from Monday to Friday between 9.15am and 5pm (including lunch time).

NOTICE OF PROPOSAL TO VARY THE MONAGHAN COUNTY DEVELOPMENT PLAN 2013-2019 (INCORPORATING THE DEVELOPMENT PLANS FOR THE TOWNS OF MONAGHAN, CARRICKMACROSS, CASTLEBLAYNEY, CLONES, AND BALLYBAY) – VARIATION NO.3
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 13 of the Planning and Development Acts 2000-2013 that Monaghan County Council proposes to make a variation (Variation No. 3) to the Monaghan County Development Plan 2013-2019 (incorporating the Development Plans for the towns of Monaghan, Carrickmacross, Castleblayney, Clones and Ballybay).
The proposed variation will incorporate the Design Manual for Urban Roads and Streets (DMURS) into the County Development Plan.
