Development Contributions Scheme 2021-2026 Notice

Monaghan County Council has prepared a draft Development Contributions Scheme for the period 2021-2026 which sets out development contribution charges proposed to be levied on planning permissions in respect of Traffic & Pedestrian Facilities and also Community, Recreation & Amenity Facilities. Submissions or observations in relation to the draft scheme may be made in writing to Monaghan County Council before 5pm on 1st July 2021 and will be taken into consideration before the making of the final scheme by the Elected Members of Monaghan County Council.
