Monaghan County Council proposes to revise the Development Contribution Scheme for the period 2013-2019, which came into effect on 1st July 2013 and was subsequently revised on 1st December 2014, under the provisions of Section 48 of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended).
The draft Development Contribution Scheme is a revision of the current Development Contribution Scheme to provide clarifications and corrections to anomalies within the scheme.
