- A Planning Search is a report of the planning status of a property, including the planning application history, any enforcements and other issues. This search will include: Planning History, Protected Structures, Taken in Charge, etc.
- To facilitate the search, the following information should be submitted:
- All lands that are the subject of the search request should be clearly outlined in red on a suitable Ordnance Survey map.
- The location address.
- The name, address and contact details of the person requesting the search.
- Search fee of €50 payable by cheque, card or cash.
- All documents should be submitted to the Planning Section, Monaghan County Council, 1 Dublin Street, Monaghan, Co. Monaghan H18 X982 or emailed to planning@monaghancoco.ie
