Emergency Response Payment – Stage 1 – Immediate Needs
If you have urgent needs such as food, clothing, bedding, or essential personal items, where loss occurred due to flooding or structural damage you can apply for assistance using the HAS 1 form:

- Available now until Wednesday 04/02/2026.
- Covers urgent essentials only — not replacement food, furniture, accommodation, etc.
- Use the HAS 1 form to apply.

If you have lost essential household items, you can apply for assistance using the HAS 2 form.
