Clones…. Your Town, Your Community, Your Say
Monaghan County Council and its community partners in Clones are examining the potential to develop an exciting new community space in the town adjacent to St Tiernach’s Park.
St Tiernach’s Quarter Community Hub and Plaza will provide a mix of high quality indoor and outdoor community spaces including:
- A flexible community hub
- Flexible and fixed community and leisure facilities
- Spaces for the provision of services by community organisations
- Upgrade of the public realm
We Want and Value Your Views
To help us develop community spaces which meet your needs we want and value your input.
We are organising in-person and online consultation processes so that you can tell us what your needs are and how the project might meet them.
We would be grateful if you give us some of your time so that we can better understand and meet your needs.
How Can You Tell Us What You Think?
There are two ways you can review the draft proposals and share your views on how we might refine the current draft proposals for the Community Hub so that it better meets your needs:
In Person:
The proposals will be on display in the Monaghan County Council Offices (Ballybay Clones Municipal District Offices) The Diamond, Clones from 11.00am to 9.00pm on 5th February 2025.
This is a drop-in event so you can attend at a time which suits you across that day.
A presentation of the proposals will be available for you to review and provide your feedback on.
Online:
If you are not available to attend in person, we would encourage you to click on the following link which will share information on the draft vision for St Tiernach’s Quarter and provide a survey for you to provide your feedback and direction:
