Temporary Closing Of Roads – L4400 in the Townland of Drumgoose

Monaghan County Council gives notice of its intention to close the following road in the Municipal District of Carrickmacross/Castleblayney in County Monaghan:

Date of Closure Tuesday 12th November 2019

Times: 08:00 am to 1:00 pm

To Facilitate: Fire Service Training exercise

Road Closed: L4400 in the Townland of Drumgoose

Diversion Routes: Traffic Wishing to proceed onto the LP-4400 from the N53 Castleblayney-Dundalk Road, traffic must procced straight and turn left onto the LP3720-0 Annadrumman, continue straight onto the LP4410-0 Corragarry

Traffic Wishing to proceed onto the LP-4400 from the LP-3703, traffic must proceed onto the LP-4400, turn right onto the LP4410-0 Corragarry, continue onto the LP3720-0 Annadrumman, turn Left onto the N53 Castleblayney-Dundalk Road

Any interested person may lodge an objection to the closing of the above-mentioned road with the Head of Roads, Monaghan County Council Offices, Mtek II Building, Knockaconny, Monaghan not later than Tuesday 29th October 2019. Any objections must be clearly marked on envelope “Objection To Road Closure”.

This notice complies with the Roads Act 1993 (Section 75)
