NOTICE OF INTENTION TO AMEND BYE-LAWS – CASUAL TRADING (CONTROL AND DESIGNATION) BYE-LAWS 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Members of the Municipal District of Monaghan, Monaghan County, in exercise of the powers vested in them by the provisions of Section 6 of the Casual Trading Act 1995 (as amended) and the Local Government Act 2001 (as amended), propose to make new Casual Trading Bye-Laws for the administrative area of Monaghan Town – which will replace existing Bye-Laws.
Closing date for submission is Sunday March 2nd 2025.
