Monaghan County Council (MCC) have appointed Clandillon Civil Consulting (CCC) to carry out technical scoping and a constraints study for the provision of a greenway between the towns of Ballybay and Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan

A Constraints Study and Technical Scoping Report for a Greenway between Ballybay and Castleblayney have now been developed.
