Any facility that accepts waste is required to hold a Waste Facility Permit (WPF) or Certificate of Registration (CoR) under the Waste Management (Facility Permit and Registration) Regulations 2007.

Check the correct application fee for your facility:

  • Waste Facility Permit
    • Classes 5, 6 and 7 – €2000.00
    • All other activities – €1000.00
  • Certificate of Registration
    • Classes 5, 6, 7 and 10 – €600.00
    • All other activities – €300.00

 

Step 3

Send the completed application form together with the correct application fee and all the relevant documentation to Environmental Services.

Step 4

Erect or fix a site notice on the facility (For waste facility permit applications only).
