SITE NOTICE

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Article 81(1) of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) for development at
‘Gortakeegan Halting Site’, Gortakeeghan, Monaghan, Co. Monaghan.
The proposed development will consist of works to existing 20 number halting site units to include the following:
- Extensions to 8 number existing halting site units (plot numbers 13 -20) to provide bedroom facilities.
- Conversion of 12 number existing halting site units (plot numbers 1-12) into 6 number 2 bedroom houses.
- Internal and external alterations to existing units and
- All associated site development works to include upgraded play facilities.
Following development works the total number of dwellings on site will total 14.
Plans and particulars of the proposed development will be available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, during public opening hours at Monaghan County Council, County Offices, The Glen, Glen Road, Monaghan H18 YT50 up to and including 6th June 2019.
Submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development, dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the development will be situated, may be made in writing to Monaghan County Council, County Offices, The Glen, Glen Road, Monaghan, H18 YT50 up to 5pm on 20th June 2019.
