Monaghan County Council gives notice of its intention to close the following road in the Municipal District of Monaghan in County Monaghan:
Date of Closure: Sunday 30th July 2023
Times: 1pm – 5pm
To Facilitate: Water Heritage Day
Road Closed: L-12104 Old Mill Road, Emyvale
Diversion Routes:
Northbound traffic travelling from Glaslough to Emyvale on the LP-1210 will be diverted left onto the N2 in Emyvale Village.
Traffic wishing to continue East from the LT-11602 in Emyvale village on to the LT-12104 (The Old Mill Road) will be diverted North via the N2 then right via the LP-1210,
All Detours will be signposted in order to direct the Traffic. (Local Access and Emergency Vehicles will be catered for at all times).
Any interested person may lodge an objection in writing to the closing of the above-mentioned roads with the Roads Department, Monaghan County Council, MTEK II Building, Knockaconny, Monaghan not later than Tuesday 18th July 2023. Any objections must be clearly marked on envelope “Objection To Road Closure”.
