Temporary Closing of Roads
Monaghan County Council gives notice to close the following road in the Municipal District of Ballybay/Clones in County Monaghan:
Date: Between Monday 19th May 2025 and Friday 25th July 2025 for a 2 week period between these dates (24 hr closure)
To Facilitate: Road Improvement Works
Road Closed: LS 6341 Corragore Road for a distance of 2.1km from junction of the LP 2331 Drummulla Road and the LT 63403 Lisnveane Road.
Diversion Routes:
Northbound traffic will be diverted along the LP2331, into Rockcorry, onto the R188 to Swanns Cross and onto the R183 towards Newbliss.
Southbound traffic will be diverted via along the R183 to Swanns Cross, onto the R188 to Rockcorry and along the LP2331 Drummulla Road.
All Detours will be signposted in order to direct the Traffic. (Local Access and Emergency Vehicles will be catered for at all times).
