Temporary Closing of Roads – For any period of 2 weeks between Monday 21st July – 31st August 2025

Monaghan County Council gives notice to close the following road in the Municipal District of Carrickmacross/Castleblayney in County Monaghan:

Date of Closure:           For any period of 2 weeks between Monday 21^st July – 31^st August 2025

Times:                               8am -7pm

To Facilitate:                  Road resurfacing

Road Closed: LP-4510 Tullynacross to Lurganboys

Diversion Routes:   Traffic wishing to proceed North bound on the LP-4510 will be diverted East bound via the LT-45101, then North bound via the LP-4501 & LP4500.

Traffic wishing to proceed South bound on the LP-4510 will be diverted South bound via the LP4500 & LP4501 then North West bound via the LT45101.

Road will be open to Local Access Only.

All Detours will be signposted in order to direct the Traffic. (Local Access and Emergency Vehicles will be catered for at all times).

This notice complies with the Roads Act 1993 (Section 75)
