Monaghan County Council propose to make new County Library Bye Laws to govern the use of library services. We have therefore published a draft set of new bye laws which are available to view.
A copy of these can be inspected for two months from Tuesday 5th September,2023 at Library Headquarters or at any Branch.
A copy can also be obtained by emailing moncolib@monaghancoco.ie.
