Monaghan County Council will close the following road in the Municipal District of Monaghan in County Monaghan:
Dates and Times: Between Thursday 3rd August 2026 and Friday 28th August 2026.
The Road may be closed for a maximum of 2 weeks within the Closure Period.
To Facilitate: Road Improvement Works
Roads Closed: LS5513 Park Road from Coral Leisure Centre through Cortolvin Road and Horseshoe Bridge to Killyconnigan and as far as the N54 for a distance of 1340m.
Diversion Route:
Local traffic will be diverted via adjoining local roads. All Detours will be signposted in order to direct the Traffic. (Local Access and Emergency Vehicles will be catered for at all times).
