Monaghan County Council will close the following road in the Municipal District of Ballybay Clones in County Monaghan:
Dates and Times: Between Thursday 4th June 2026 and Friday 24th July 2026.
The Road may be closed for a maximum of 3 weeks within the Closure Period.
To Facilitate: Road Improvement Works
Road Closed: R162 from the Five Crosses, Latton in the townland of Lisdrumcleve to the county boundary at the R192 Shercock-Cootehill Road.
Diversion Route:
Traffic travelling Northbound to Ballybay should take the R192 as far as Cootehill, then take the R190 to Ballybay
Traffic travelling Southbound to Shercock should take the R190 to Cootehill, then take the R192 to Shercock.
