In order to facilitate the Monaghan Town Country Music Festival Funfair, Monaghan County Council will close the following road and car park on dates and times as described below: –

Lower Courthouse Car Park closure:
From Monday 6th July 2026 at 8.00 a.m. until Monday 13th July 2026 at 6.00 p.m and a section of the LT-14121 in the Lower Courthouse Carpark to facilitate the Cullen Funfair
From Monday 6th July 2026 at 8.00 a.m. until Monday 13th July 2026 at 6.00 p.m. a section of the Lower Courthouse carpark to facilitate the Cullen Funfair (84 short term spaces, 37 long term spaces and 2 disabled spaces)
Local and emergency services access will be catered for at all times.
