Monaghan County Council will close the following roads in the Municipal District of Carrickmacross-Castleblayney in County Monaghan:
Date of Closure: Monday the 26th of October 2026 at 00:00hrs until Monday the 30th of November
2026 at 00:00hrs
The road may be closed for a maximum of 4 weeks within the Closure Period.
To construct: for new connections to existing water main
Road Closed: L- 7870, Entire Road closed from junction with L-4310 and junction with N53
Diversion Route
Local diversions will be in place. Local access will be maintained throughout works.
