To access your account online you will be asked for:
– Surname, First Name (in that order)
– Library Card Number (Eg. MONA123456)
– LIbrary PIN Number (If you dont know it, please ask Library staff or email your Local Branch)
***If you are using your online account to request books, we suggest that you opt for SMS messages to alert you to their arrival. You can do this through the ‘Edit Account’ button and ‘Opt In’.

If you wish to receive a notice about overdue items or items you have reserved, you need to opt in to receive a SMS text.
