Monaghan County Council engaged of the Consultant team: Sheridan Woods Architects and Urban Planners and Venture International who facilitated 3 public meetings along with many hours of meetings with individuals and groups, to ensure a thorough community engagement, bringing forward all the ideas from the community resulting in Vision Plans for Drum & Rockcorry villages.  Funding for these Visions Plans was secured from the Department of Rural & Community Development (DRCD) under the Town & Village Renewal Scheme and match funding was provided by the Municipal District of Ballybay-Clones.
